Shayantan Rahman

Having finished my university education in two leading global universities, I have returned to India to build organisations that mentor and empower students while striving to provide accessible, innovative and, most importantly, affordable solutions to educational challenges facing South Asia.

At College Lab, I'm seeking to build a robust mentorship framework for teenagers, in collaboration with schools, parents, counsellors and the students themselves.

I'm also a World Economic Forum Global Shaper. As a part of their Kolkata Hub, I lead the SAFER initiative, a citywide first-aid education effort bringing together hospitals, schools and corporates to improve emergency preparedness standards in the city.
