My name is Shay. I'm manic depressive, bipolar, Borderline, I have PTSD and a slight case of insomnia. I wanted to start this blog to express my feelings and possibly help someone out there who feels like they are alone. You're not.
I will only speak the truth about my feelings and experiences, as well as answering your questions if you guys should have any.
