That is most certainly a loaded question! I am a mother, a wife, an educator, a triathlete, an endurance athlete, a world traveler, a seeker of knowledge and truth, and driven by passion for education and equality.

I have been in education for 15 years and what I have come to know is that the more I learn about the field of education, the more questions that I have. Education is changing and evolving with the needs of our students, who are ever changing and evolving. There is a desire for connection with the learning and life, unlike there has ever been before. I strive to bridge this gap for my students, to help them see the importance of classroom content and it's tie in to life outside the school walls
