Shayne Jessop

Shayne has extensive business experience spanning over 30 years in various professionaland entrepreneurial pursuits including Real Estate, Life Insurance,Hospitality and the Automotive Industry. Born and raised in Kelowna B.C. Canada and having lived and worked in the Real Estate Industry in Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver, Shayne moved to Victoria B.C. in 1986 where he became apartner at Three Point Motors, a multi franchise automotive dealership representingMercedes Benz, Porsche, Audi and Acura. He sold his interest in April of 1993 prior to launching a highly respected and successful training and consulting business focusing on professionalism in sales, marketing, customer service and retention, team building, self-development and motivation. Shaynereturned to the Real Estate industry full time in August of 2003.

As Senior Vice President and Director of Sales with The Villages of Loreto Bay, one of the world’s largest sustainable vacation residential developments, located in Baja California Sur, Mexico, he lead a sales and support team of 30 people both on site in Mexico and in the Canadian offices in Victoria BC. During his tenure, the team achieved recordsales of over 800 homes and $375 Million in sales volume. This included a variety of properties and home styles from one bedroom condominiums to multimillion dollar beach front custom homes. Among his many responsibilities were arranging and facilitating public presentations throughout Canada and the U.S. promoting the properties and investment opportunities.

In 2009, Shayne joined Grupo Questro, a large Mexican National Development Company as Director of Sales for one of their Master Planned Communities, ClubCampestre San Jose in Baja California Sur, bringing with him a successful history of sales and marketing of resort and vacation home communities. He was intimately involved in all aspects of community development including home design, village concepts, marketing andsales.

Shaynereturned to Canada in June, 2013 and continues with his Sales and Management Consulting business.

Outsideof his business life, Shayne is married and has two grown children, a son and a daughter. He and his wife, Donna, enjoy golf, travel and the Arts.
