Every business has their secret sauce. Ours is the invaluable Shay Onorio, our President (also a Red Head!) who is often accused by our clients of being a mind reader. It is Shay and Jen’s mutual respect and love of what they do that led them to partner up, allowing our Chiefs to collaborate and capitalize on each other’s unique skill sets. As President of Red Thinking, Shay heads up operations, business development, and client services. She runs a tight ship and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Shay’s ability to maneuver the client services rodeo and guide overall business operations with her insightful instincts and acute business knowledge has enabled Shay to ensure Red Thinking delivers the unexpected; with the end-game goal of providing thought-provoking and effective strategy and creative for our clients.
