  • Sharentha has experience working with individuals, families, children and teens (ages 16 and up). She works with clients who have a variety of challenges such as: impulse control disorder, relationship conflict and challenges, PTSD, parent-child relationships, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues and more! She also works with a variety of populations. However, working with adolescents, women, and the elderly are the clinician's favorites.
  • Sharentha’s goal for therapy is to work with clients in becoming better equipped with the tools and skills that are needed to navigate through their journey in life. When working with clients, Sharentha utilizes Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and Narrative Therapy approaches.
  • I aim to create a safe space to collaboratively work with clients allowing them to be as authentic/open as possible on their healing journey.
