Shea Burgeson
Shea Burgeson is a recent graduate from Central Michigan University. She went into the teaching program in college and graduated college with a 3.95 GPA. She hopes to make a difference in the world and be able to write stories on the side as her hobby. She has two cats that she absolutely adores. There is Zander the black and white tuxedo cat and Audrey the snow shoe mix cat.
Zander was found abandoned in a ditch and brought to Shea by her college friend. She took him in and raised him from a baby kitten to the cat he is today. Audrey was adopted from an animal shelter by Shea and given a loving home. The two cats managed to get along after a brief period of adjustment and are the best of friends.
As a little girl, Shea loved animals and wanted to help them. She has volunteered at animal shelters and is the person to always ask a dog owner on the street if she can pet his/her dog. One day, Shea wants to get a dog, but not for now since she doesn't own her own apartment. For now, she is happy to play with her sister and brother-in-law's dogs.
If teaching isn't the profession that she ends up in, she wants to become a veterinary technician so she can work with animals. Shea has never been a strong student in science, but she knows all of the science classes will be more than worth it if she becomes a veterinary technician and help sick animals in need of medical attention.
