Sheena Repath – Vision. Focus. Action While Sheena’s father – famed entrepreneur Murray Smith - was busy rebuilding multi-million dollar companies and turning them into profitable Fortune 500’s, she was eagerly taking notes and filing them neatly away under the heading ‘Secrets From A CEO’s Daughter’. However the most valuable lesson learned would be a surprise for most – how to dream. “I was raised to believe dreaming was where great ideas came from and a critical step in becoming successful; Tools, processes and strategies are actually the simple parts of bringing them to life. With this engrained in me, I was shocked to find out so few people believed this.” After being part of the successful re-launch of the Indian Motorcycle brand, Sheena decided to start a career in the fashion industry and has since worked with hundreds of brands including Buffalo Jeans, YM Inc. and The Bay, accumulating 10+ years of professional experience. Her vast expertise ranges from ideation, concept creation, branding, design, product development, manufacturing and sales & marketing. Along the way, Sheena realized that the critical steps needed to create a successful business were the same, no matter the industry. So with a treasure chest of knowledge and her ability to inspire, Sheena set out to formulate a simple step-by-step process that entrepreneurs and businesses could follow all the way to success. Unabashedly called making sh*t happen, this hands-on program is a yellow-brick-road that takes people from idea to market, with a focus on building the business you dream of. Sound too good to be true? It isn’t. “The heart of making sh*t happen is to empower entrepreneurs to believe their big, hairy, audacious ideas are possible and give them the right tools to make what’s possible, real.” Stop talking. Start making sh*t happen.
