Senior Advisor Evaluation at the Workforce Innovation & Development Institute (WIDI). Final year Juris Doctor law student.
I also am a strong advocate for my local community where I am a Consumer Advisor to Western Health sitting on their Serious Adverse Events Committee and assisting in their review of Sentinel Events.
In my work I design and lead evaluation of complex multi-stakeholder innovative projects designed to:
- demonstrate impact through evidence
- test disruption of existing systems to explore more just outcomes for systems users;
- develop new systems for a new world;
- maximise systems social benefits;
- build in system sustainability so resources saved can be invested back into other community benefits; and
- join sectors with systems in common to better align their future strategies.
My findings bring together qualitative and quantitative evidence wrapped in the lived experience of people impacted by exisiting systems. My findings are setup to provide project managers with a 360 degree view of the innovative model being explored and to identify continued project improvement opportunities. I aim to support sustainable upscale of innovative new system models by placing evaluation findings against a backdrop existing of potential legislative and policy barriers that may require reform.
My complex developmental evaluation has involved a mix of stakeholders from conventional siloed sectors such as advocacy bodies, education and training organisations, research institutions, industry employers, government departments and service users/customers.
I have a unique talent for problem solving, but do this through listening and empowering the voices of others. I merely facilitate these voices and stories being told and connect them to the complexity of modern knotted problems so as others have the information to be able to implement meaningful changes.
