Reporting directly to the Regional Director, my current position is focused around leading, developing and managing two lines of business out of the Calgary and Alberta region. I provide guidance and direction to staff driving activity and efficiency to ensure successful day-to-day division operations. In this position I have 6 direct reports who attract, place and manage clients, associates, independent contractors as well a permanent placement candidates. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with experience in motivating and coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds.
