Hi, I’m Sheila Mae Cuison, a dedicated professional with nearly three years of experience in the BPO industry, specializing in back office, email support, and team leadership. In my most recent role as Team Leader for Grab SG’s Carplate Team, I developed strong skills in process management, team coordination, and client communication, ensuring service-level agreements were met and my team stayed aligned on goals.

My strengths include organization, adaptability, and problem-solving. I enjoy creating efficient systems—such as trackers and templates—that make work faster and more effective for both myself and my team.
