For more than 15 years, Sheila Bugdanowitz has served her community as the president and chief executive officer of the Rose Community Foundation. She joined the foundation in 1999, after a career in the private sector as a vice president for Colorado Carphone. There, Sheila Bugdanowitz led the development of relationships with accounts, carrier, and staff. Now dedicated to using her marketing acumen for the benefit of her community, she facilitates the funding of aging, early childhood and family development, public education, health and Jewish life.

Sheila Bugdanowitz has appeared as a featured speaker at the Colorado Professional Jewish Women’s networking luncheon and has accepted the Jewish Family Service's Kal Zeff Business Leader of the Year Award. She also sits on the board of directors for the Mountain States Employers Council and has served as a judge for the Eide Bailly Resourcefulness Award for the past three years. Nationally recognized for her work in developing and strengthening nonprofit organizations, Ms. Bugdanowitz received invitation to the White House to attend a collaborative session for community foundation leaders.
