Sheilah Davis
Addiction Counselor, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Family Therapist in Centennial, Colorado, United States
I’m Sheilah Davis, a licensed therapist and clinical hypnotherapist based in the Denver metropolitan area. I hold a master’s degree in psychology from Regis University and have advanced training in clinical and transpersonal hypnotherapy, as well as Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience. I work with adults and families navigating anxiety, stress, addiction, ADHD, and life transitions, using evidence-based therapy alongside integrative approaches when appropriate. I aim to create a space that feels calm, supportive, and practical — a place where people can slow down, reflect, and begin to move forward.
Beyond my clinical work, I’m engaged in community advocacy around mental health and personal agency. I also enjoy creating educational and therapeutic resources, including guided hypnosis and mindfulness content, which I often share freely online.
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel understood and supported. With clarity, patience, and the right tools, it’s possible to reduce fear, build confidence, and live more in alignment with your values.
