Hi, I'm Shelbee. I'm the Founder and CEO of Big Bow Solutions LLC, a boutique consultancy serving civil litigation and criminal defense law firms with high-level paralegal support and law firm operations management.

With 6+ years of legal experience and 13+ years in business operations and strategy, I work at the intersection of case execution and law firm infrastructure. I partner with attorneys managing complex litigation, high-volume caseloads, and growth-stage law firms that require both precision and structure.

My background spans civil litigation, criminal defense, federal matters, and operations management across law firm, nonprofit, corporate, and entrepreneurial environments. This dual expertise allows me to not only support motions, pleadings, discovery, and case management, but also strengthen the systems that allow a law firm to function efficiently under pressure.

My path to leadership was not linear. In 2022, I spent nearly a year in a federal prison camp, where I earned my Paralegal Certification and began assisting others navigating the federal justice system. That experience deepened my understanding of legal process, human impact, and the importance of disciplined execution in high-stakes environments.

Today, I bring that perspective into every engagement. My work is defined by structured workflows, clear communication, strategic foresight, and an unwavering respect for the responsibility attorneys carry.

I hold a B.A. in Communications and Sociology from the University of California, Davis. Based in the Northern California, I support law firms nationwide.
