Shelby Alvarez

My name is Shelby. I'm 14 years old and I live in Oregon. I found out about We Stop Hate by the Teen Nick Halo awards and I jumped on the computer right away. I'm currently being bullied by a girl at my school who use to be my best friend. I saw her true colors who weren't very bright and hung with a different group of people who didn't have too "impress" to fit in. She got jealous and started severely harassing me. She told me that I was dead to everyone and I might as well die and no one would notice. I was seconds away from committing suicide when the police came to my house. I was diagnosed with depression. My life will never be the same. In the past I have cut and burned myself. I'm better now, but she still continues to try to push me over the edge. She's a heartless girl who obviously doesn't care about anyone's feelings. Hopefully We Stop Hate can help me.
