Shelby Hill

Shelby Hill is a first generation college student at Texas Tech University. She plans to graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a minor in Human Resource Development in December of 2014.

Since starting her college career in 2008, she has worked full time positions as a Teller and Retail Service Representative in the banking industry. Her ability to work a full time job while gaining a Bachelor degree demonstrates her determination and excellent ability to multitask at a high level. After starting her senior year at Texas Tech she decided to accept two part time positions offered to her by a customer at her previous employer, First United Bank. While employed by California Medical Weight Management and Dane Church Enterprises, Shelby has continued to gain valuable work experience while completing her undergraduate degree.

Shelby also serves as a Transfer Ambassador for the Center of Campus Life at Texas Tech University. As a Transfer Ambassador, Shelby is responsible for the successful introduction and integration of transfer students to TTU via Red Raider Orientation and student mentoring.
