Hi, I’m Sheldon Pearce and I’m a Social Media consultant and strategist in Vancouver. It can be scary attempting to position you, or your company in the Social Media world. I see clients struggle with trying to build traction and authority on today’s social platforms and it becomes such a daunting task they simply give up. The think it’s just not working. My knowledge and dedication allows me to assist customers and help them navigate a marketing initiative that is so valuable.

I started selling and applying strategies when I was 12 where I grew our high school snack store revenue by 300% with simple marketing techniques and listening to what the customers wanted. It was eye opening to see how something as simple as listening to your audience could impact business that much. Since then my passion for marketing and sales have propelled me to become a successful leader, coach and award winning salesperson.

After graduating high school, I saw an opportunity in the Real Estate industry. In my first year I was awarded with the President’s Gold award. This award solidified my decision of where my career would go. Being in the top 1% of sales people across Canada gave me all the confidence I needed.

After moving from my hometown I made a career change that brought me to the telecommunications industry. Working with Canada's biggest telecommunications company really allowed me to directly impact a multi billion-dollar company.

During my time at Bell I directly impacted the company growth through effective HR practices, being part of store build teams and effective leadership. Through my tenure I contributed to the company growing from 17 million dollars in revenue to 21 million dollars (24%). This was through my effect on retail channels and growing subscriber rates by 17% in 5 years.

I have now moved into the Social Media industry. The skills I have carefully developed since high school have given me the skills and abilities necessary to help individuals and brands grow their business online. I have helped companies grow their audience's by over 250%, organically and in a short amount of time. These are genuine, engaged and strong brand advocates.
