Sheldon Steele is a third generation Real Estate broker currently leading a National Sales team of over 40 agents.

He is very much a believer in utilizing today's technology and modern assets combined with old school time honored techniques and service. Delivering an unparalleled Real Estate experience based around his clients needs.

This focus allowed him to be selected as one of Blackstone's Invitation Homes, buyer representatives. Sheldon has underwritten thousands of residential investment properties, advised multiple clients in the valuation, acquisition, and disposition of large Ag and development parcels.

Sheldon originally obtained his salesperson license in 2005 followed by his brokers license in 2010. After leading his own independent brokerage for a number of years Sheldon is currently a Broker Associate for the global brand eXp Realty.

Continually active in sales and advisory roles in addition to building and leading a national sales team of agents, Sheldon is uniquely involved in the growth, development, and attraction of investors for eXp Realty's national iBuyer program.

He has recognized for his sales volume and contributions by earning lifetime membership status in Sacramento Counties association of Realtors Masters Club, been featured on the "Income Forever" radio show, as well as nationally syndicated on ABC, CBS, FOX, and international business times.
