As a student at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville seeking my Bachelor's of Science in Business Analytics, I have surrounded myself with many opportunities to acquire the skills needed to succeed within the tennis industry.
Working at the Hendersonville Parks & Recreation Department for three years as a Tennis Assistant developed my organization skills. From those skills, I was able to be the USTA Tournament organizer for 3 Junior Tournaments for 2 consecutive years. This job showed me the importance of working well under pressure, to become detailed oriented, and to become a leader.
This gave me the motivation to become the President of the club tennis team. Without my determination, positive attitude, and creativeness, I would not have been able to perform the tasks required with this job. However, I still have a passion to learn more and will not settle for any job that will not present me with new and challenging tasks everyday.
