I am a Christian. I believe very strongly in the power of prayer

Family

I've been married to my husband, Roger, since 1992. I have two adult Sons, Chris & Ryan and three Grandchildren.

I have alot of "adopted" kids. Not legally. Either they adopted me or I adopted them. Nevertheless, I claim them all as mine.

I have a wonderful Mother. I love her with all my heart. We use to do alot of crafting together. She is where I get my "creative gene" from. She's also where I get my "don't mess with me" attitude from.

My Father passed away from esophageal cancer. He was an awesome man. He had a great personality & excellent ethics. I'd like to think he passed these down to me.

I have three sisters and a brother. I am the middle child. My oldest sister passed away in 1988. I miss her every day.

Our Pets

My lil buddy Rocky. He's a Chihuahua that I rescued from the shelter. I should have named him Dogzilla. He does not know he is little. He takes on my next baby.

Tookie. He's a pitbull and the sweetest dog you'll ever meet. He is my grandchildrens guardian and best friend. :)

Then we have my sons dog, Bear. She is a mix of either Rott or Dobbie & shepherd. Sweet to us, but very protective.

We have two cats, Nekko & Specs and and a 55 gallon fish tank.

I cannot forget My African Grey, Solomon. He's a character. He is extremely smart. He has an extensive vocabulary, knows the kids and all of the pets by name. He does know exactly what he's saying. We love him bunches.

We might like animals just a little bit. lol

My Interests:

I love to do craft. Including but not limited to, quilting, crocheting, knitting, making cards, painting and writing poetry.

I love all things outdoors. My favorites are: fishing, camping, walking, the ocean, the mountains and gardening.

I love working in my herb & lavender garden. I enjoy making homemade tinctures, medical aides, teas, cleansers and anything else I can do with them.

My Personality:

I usually have a good disposition. I tend to handle things with jokes and laughter. Better than swear words and tears if you ask me. Don't get me wrong. I do have a temper and I know how to use it.

I believe that laughter can heal the soul and if you heal the soul you're more than half way there
