Shelley Gupta

Ms. Shelley Gupta is the Executive Director of Finance & Condo Development for the Easton’s Group. As Executive Director, Shelley works intensely in both the hospitality and real estate development industries. Her keen eye for design and attention to detail has aided Easton’s in the launch of their two residential projects in downtown Toronto, King Blue Condos and Dundas Square Gardens.

Shelley received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree (BBA) in Management, Finance and Economics from the University of Toronto in 2007. Shelley also received her Chartered Financial Analyst Charter (CFA) in August 2014, and will be attending Chicago Booth’s MBA program in September 2014.

Shelley has a passion for music and is a singer/songwriter and performer. Singing since the age of 6 in school choirs and already a die-hard Mariah Carey fan, Shelley’s natural ability and desire to sing shaped her destiny as a stage performer much sooner than she expected. By the age of 8 she landed her first gig performing on national television with Raffi on CBC’s the Rita McNeil show.

Shelley continuously trained her voice, performed and auditioned throughout high school and university. In 2007, Shelley was named in the Top 20 R&B singers by Toronto radio station Flow 93.5.

In 2010, in association with EMI Music Canada and CP Records, Shelley released her first single, “Crazy For You”, to iTunes and Canadian radio. Co-written by Juno award winning artist, Belly, of CP Records, “Crazy For You” made the Top 10 most played on Q103 in Kelowna and the Top 35 on Edmonton’s Hot 107.
