Let me introduce myself! My name is Shelley. I have a pretty cool husband, one cute little kid, and a heart for Christ. 2012 has already brought more excitement than anticipated but nothing will beat out this November as I officially move on up and into the thirties!

One thing that is truer than anything for me. My bottom line as I see it. Eternity is much longer than the breath I have for the next 60 or so years. What I chose matters to the only One who can see every intricate detail of my heart. And nothing offers completeness except for Him.

His goodness has delivered me from the grind. A bulimic body, broken heart, workaholic mind set, and spirit of independence. He stripped off the wrong guy, the wrong friends, the wrong places. Set my feet on solid ground and multiplied His favor until the mirror no longer reflected the lost but a girl who belonged to a royal priesthood.

After all of that. A luke warm life is boring. And every year a layer of me is replaced revealing the steps ahead demanding a call for boldness of faith.

This time I thought I would share it. I pray that as this year unfolds you find these many steps leave you challenged in becoming serious about Eternity.
