I believe success comes from relationships. The challenges are myriad and daunting: identifying the key relationships, finding ways to build and maintain those relationships, and doing so profitably in a world that's changing with mind-bending speed. Relationship-building can't be done effectively by one department. The responsibility belongs to every employee. The idea must permeate a company. I'm looking for a company that values its loyal customers and wants to make the most of the impact those customers have on others.

I enjoy puzzles - finding the meaning in data, finding ways to make processes flow more smoothly and accurately, light coding, and crosswords. They all require paying attention to the details while understanding the larger context - just like building relationships.
