Shelly Fleck

orginially from Boone County WVa. I graduated from Van High School in 1985. After graduation I started my travels, living in alot of states and trying to find my way. In 1990 I gave birth to my first daughter, 1992 my second daugher was born and in 1999 my son was born and I found out that I have Multiple Sclerosis. 1995 I finished up my BA in Business Admin with a minor in Marketing. In 1994 I met the man of my dreams. We moved to North Dakota in 2000 and still live here. I never thought I could find a home but North Dakota is my home. I love it here. In 2004 I started my business doing Drug and Alcohol testing all over the state of ND, MT, and SD. I started my career on 8,000 and in my car. Taking alot of online courses I finsihed my HSE degree with honors. In 2009 I hired my first employee and moved into a office. As Badlands Integrity Group grew we built our new office and moved into it in 2010. We have grew to over 10 employees. I am currently working on my doctrine for NEBOSH. My daughters have graduated and have started their own lives. My son only being 14 is a wonderful young man. Since starting my own business I have travel to Singapore, Thailand, Japan. After graduating for my NEBOSH and my son graduates I think Randy and I will be traveling all over the world which I am looking forward to. I will always call North Dakota my home.
