Shem Scantlebury
Project Consultant
Strategy, operations and strategic communications have shaped my career for more than a decade. Through House of Alles, I partner with organisations across financial services, hospitality, government, development organisations, renewable energy and the private sector to transform complex ideas into practical action that strengthens organisational performance.
My work spans executive communications, strategic marketing, stakeholder engagement, corporate storytelling, conferences, live-streamed events, employee engagement initiatives, multimedia productions and organisational improvement programmes. Whether advising executives, leading multidisciplinary teams, managing high-profile projects or strengthening business operations, I am recognised for bringing structure to complexity, building trusted relationships and delivering measurable results.
Beyond my consulting work, I am a columnist with Nation News, where I explore leadership, purpose, governance and the ideas shaping the future of Barbados and the wider Caribbean. I am also the creator of the ARO™ Framework, a practical model that helps leaders simplify decision-making, align priorities and execute with clarity and intention.
Service remains central to who I am. As a proud Rotarian, I believe leadership extends beyond business. Guided by the principle of Service Above Self, I am committed to developing people, strengthening communities and creating opportunities that leave a lasting impact.
Grounded in faith and driven by purpose, I strive to build organisations that communicate with clarity, lead with intention and create meaningful value for the people and communities they serve.
