Andrew Shepherd

Andrew Shepherd is currently Deputy Group CEO at the Mid Group. He has many years’ experience and has previously worked across Europe, Australasia and North America.

Andrew has led a number of successful projects in the residential, high end prime, commercial, consulting and education sectors, managed joint venture companies and provided strategic leadership. He regularly lectures on construction finance at Cambridge University and has a reputation for creating innovative and new funding solutions for social and economic infrastructure projects.

Projects successfully won and closed include the largest healthcare PPP in North America and the first Social Housing Project financed entirely by an Institutional Investor.
