Sheraz Khan is a Brossard-born Canadian construction advisor. Sheraz earned a mechanical engineering degree from Concordia University in Montréal, Canada. Sheraz was involved in a number of professions relevant to his degree's subject, including as Lafarge cement Canada's Montreal Research Facility, where he updated technical specifications of machinery as well as technical reports for these machines. The Brossard-native also functioned as a tutor, which allowed him to apply his math, physics, and engineering expertise to good use through educating and supporting secondary school students, as well as analyzing their performance and debating it both with kids and their parents. He also worked as a property developer on the south side of Montreal, where he had to purchase, renovate, and sell houses. Mr. Khan had to manage numerous sectors in his previous career, including design, architecture, planning, engineering, and building, law, policy, and much more. He was also responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing the renting of houses. Sheraz Khan's most recent position, meanwhile, was that of a real estate agent. Sheraz's responsibilities included managing the day-to-day operational activities of a property investment, managing all types of real estate ranging from single family homes to large apartment blocks, and managing tenants, which included everything from finding tenants to handling complaints to triggering expulsions. Another component of this job required him to advertise the property to fill vacancies as well as examine the flat and check for problems.

Sheraz Khan spent time learning a variety of tools, including MS Office and Photoshop, C++, Matlab, ANYSIS, AutoCAD, CATIA and Solid Works, and Labview, in order to do all of these projects and responsibilities.
