I discovered painting at age 53. It is now ALL that I think about. I find I have to work to support my art habit and I force myself to do this on weekdays. On the weekends, I create all sorts of things in abstract including paintings, collages, strange things with no name, I use wood, canvas, paper.. anything I can put my hands on. I use acrylics, inks, alcohols, adhesives, anything that I can create art with. I have no idea if any of it is good or not.... I just know its something that I HAVE to do now.
