I am a nurse researcher with over 15 years nursing experience in a variety of fields. I have worked in critical care, emergency, community health, nursing education and health research. My passion is to ensure a healthy and sustainable nursing workforce, enhance interprofessional working relationships and prmote healthcare work environments through my involvement with practice and research initiatives.
