Cassandra Sheridan

I was born in Northern California but grew up in Texas. Right out of high school, I worked as an Office Manager for a computer repair shop. Following that, I worked as a fashion consultant at a high-end retail store. After 6 months I was promoted to Administrative Assistant and I built the store's online shopping site. I then moved to Minot, ND to work as a CNA. I am currently living in Austin, TX, working towards achieving my goal of joining the fashion world. My mentor was a model who joined the fashion business world and ended up owning her own showroom in Manhattan. My goal is to become an Editor, and someday Editor in Chief, of one of my favorite fashion magazines. I am currently interning for the fashion magazine, Vive, and the designer of Celestino. I will also be starting school here in Austin in the fall.

You hear a lot of people say "I have a passion for fashion". Well 'passion' doesn't quite cut it for me. To put it plainly, I was born to be in the fashion world. I am smart, I am dedicated and I have reached the point to where I know what I want, and I'll do anything to succeed. In my mind, fashion is a way of life. Not a hobby.
