Reflect Curiosity and Wonder

Go boldly and scatter seeds of kindness.

This summer, I helped facilitate July's CLMOOC 2016: "An open, collaborative, knowledge-building learning and sharing experience"

I retired as the Technology Advocate and full-time middle school Language Arts teacher in a public school in rural Washington State, having also taught primary students.

I participated early in the Teacher Leadership Project of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, adding to my passion for 21st Century teaching and learning.

My classroom encouraged readers and writers to blossom as they connected with other students globally, considering others’ ideas. Digital citizenship, media literacy, and equity in tech access are still my passions.

I guided students in these through Google Apps in Education applications, and provided staff with professional development for integrating technology authentically in projects with daily use of these tools.

My husband and I enjoy our four children and ten grandchildren.

Reflect curiosity and wonder.

Go boldly and scatter seeds of kindness.
