As the Founder and Managing Director of Shalarab Consulting, Sheriff has built a thriving real estate advisory firm known for its innovative, client-centric approach. Under his leadership, the firm has secured high-value partnerships and provided data-driven insights to optimize real estate investments for High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional clients. His expertise spans project management, sales, and partnerships, having overseen multimillion-dollar real estate developments and driven significant revenue growth.

As the pioneer Chairman of the Nasir Giwa Mentorship (NGM) Conference,he led global leadership, entrepreneurship, and innovation-focused events featuring over 20 distinguished speakers, attracting thousands of participants and securing over $15,000 in sponsorships.
