1.GROWTH- Growth is one of the most crucial aspects of my life. As I am moving forward and aging, I think that the same should work with my mental health and my success as well. Growth means a lot to me. In long-term, I see myself as a successful grown-up adult.

2.FAITH- Faith has always been my top priorities. We live in an era where we deal with various things which lead to anxiety and stress and because of all of this, we don’t practice our faith. Practicing faith is very important to me as it helps me to balance between the living world and the spiritual world.

3.CONTRIBUTING TO MY COMMUNITY- I am a member of the Aga khan community where we practice our faith together and we also gather socially to meet and greet. Sometimes I like to volunteer in our community hall, and I also serve food and beverages to senior citizens. This makes me happy and mindful. From last 5 years I am doing this, and it has become a core value of my life.

4.HAPPINESS- To me living is living happily. I mostly get my happiness from doing my daily work and performing my responsibilities. Happiness in long-term is very important so we should always be happy no matter what because there are going to be some days when you will feel sad, but you should always try to keep yourself open with the job which gives you happiness.

5.PERSISTENCE- Sometimes I face too many difficulties in my life. This may be anything like college pressure, Depression, and family situation. But persistence is what which always helps me in this day-to-day journey where I fight with stress and other factors and hope to be happy.
