Sheri Van Horne

Dr. Van Horne graduated in 2010 from the School of Criminal Justice at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey with a PhD after examining intimate partner homicides across the country after majoring in Sociology, Psychology, and German as an undergraduate. In the field, I aided in the creation and evaluation of a Family Drug Court, a community alternative to D.A.R.E., and worked in the Planning Department of the Jersey City Police Department.
