As Co- Founder of We The Roses Agency, Sherlen has led campaigns for brands like Google Arts & Culture, Red Bull, and Target, as well as artists like Outkast and Ciara.

He also founded the We The Roses Foundation, a non-profit empowering artists through nature-based therapy and cultural representation. Sherlen serves on the board of Open House New York and is a founding member of ArtNoir, frequently speaking on the future of art, technology, and cultural communications.
