Sheron Macanza

A Qualified English and History teacher. My teaching philosophy is heavily based on the Humanist approach and the Ubuntu paradigm. I believe that I need to foster inclusion in the classroom so that every learner regardless of their differences can reach their fullest potential.My honours research focused on English teachers and their experiences with the ATP. I am a passionate linguist who believes that language teaching should be of high quality to ensure that learners reach their fullest potential.
I have experience in high school and primary school teaching as well as higher education experience as a tutor.
