Sherri grew up in Edmonds, WA. After earning a degree in interior design, Sherri opened her first shop in old town Snohomish at the age of 21 and has lived in Snohomish ever since. She and her husband of 32 years have two adult daughters and a miniature Yorkie. Sherri loves to travel, garden, fish, and cook. She expresses her creative passion through oil painting and remodeling projects.

Q&A With Sherri

What’s the view like from your home?
When I look west out my kitchen and living room windows, I see farms and the Olympic Mountains. If I jump in my car, I can be in downtown Snohomish in five minutes, or I can drive ten minutes to the east and head up a mountain pass.

Aren’t there enough real estate agents on the planet already?
There are a lot of us, but not many real estate agents have extensive design and marketing experience. I love helping people envision what a remodel might become and using my experience in corporate marketing to help people promote and sell their homes.

If I listened to your iPod, what music would I hear?
John Legend, John Mayer, Colbie Caillat, and Duffy. I love to listen to French Café music on Pandora when I am painting.

Give it up. What local restaurant is your best-kept secret?
I love Fred’s in downtown Snohomish. Almost any night of the week my husband and I can walk in and see friends and families we know, or some of our kids’ friends who are now old enough to drink beer. Try the Asian Nachos; they are amazing!
