I have been a teacher/educational consultant for 25 years. I love working with kids and teachers, but I am even more excited about helping others find their passion and rediscover health and energy. As a busy mom and professional, I was drowning under a heavy workload, stress, and exhaustion. A good friend came around at just the right time with a solution for me.

Since finding a way through the challenges to a life where I feel energized, back in balance, physically stronger than ever and able to make meaningful contributions both in my full-time job and my own business, I seek to pay it forward and pass along what I have learned.

As a Wellness Coach, I love connecting with people to find out what their health and wealth goals are and then we set up a plan to reach their milestones.
