As past manager of the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Kitchen in Red Bank, New Jersey, Sherri Wallmark nurtured a welcoming atmosphere in a nonprofit community restaurant. She oversaw an entirely volunteer-based food service staff, whom she effectively motivated in a productive work environment. Dedicated to supporting the restaurant's goal of feeding and connecting the community, she helped support the mission of the Jon Bon Jovi Foundation.
Experienced in attending to the needs of others, Sherri Wallmark also served for 13 years as a registered nurse before transitioning to non-profit management. After receiving her registered nurse (RN) designation from the Charles E. Gregory School of Nursing, she accepted her first professional position as medical/surgical RN at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. She went on to care for patients in Riverview's critical care units, as well as in the medical intensive care unit at Duke University Medical Center. Also active in her community on a personal level, Ms. Wallmark donates to other non-profit organizations such as Popular Springs Animal Sanctuary and as a CASA Child Advocate.
