Practicing Real Estate since 2006 , I have over the years become more and more aware that consumers need my help when it comes to real estate. Especially family members that are dealing with not only a tragic death of a loved one but the emotional distress of dealing with ones estate.

There is little knowledge in the real estate industry when it comes to probate. The majority of agents have never handled a probate transaction and in most cases if they have it has been a random act. Hiring an agent 'by chance' and not one that focusses their business on probates is simply too risky.

This is why I became a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist, a rare designation held by only esteemed agents throughout the country. I focus on helping family members by providng them with resources, information, local market knowledge and whatever they need to help them through the process.
