I am a Freelancer currently living in the Philippines. I have excellent Customer Support Experience being a Dispute Analyst and Loan Officer, and I have been trained by 2 top BPO companies here in the Philippines. I also have an experience being a Virtual Assistant with a Chinese national client.

My long-term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations. My communication and people skills are fluent because of years of experience in the BPO industry.

I have been enhancing my communication skills by regularly writing and speaking in English. I also have basic skills in Marketing like SEO and SMM by consistently taking online courses.
