Shibu Kurian

With over 23 years of comprehensive experience in Facility & Infrastructure Management, MEP Maintenance, Business Continuity Management, Contract Management and Budgeting, Shibu was working as a Facilities Manager with Emirates NBD Bank. He has hands-on experience in FM Operations/Projects. Shibu holds a M.Sc in Facilities Management from Heriot Watt and also M.Sc in Civil Honours from the West Coast University. He is expert in handling complete facilities & infrastructure set up. He has a successful track record of implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction by way of renegotiation, effective vendor management and establishing process driven systems.
