Shielvonda Haith

The Blooming Group is a boutique consulting firm that supports emerging leaders through candidate development, campaign management, and political strategy. Shielvonda Haith founded the Blooming Group in 2017 in an effort to use her unique skills to ignite ideas and inspire results. She supports those seeking to be politically engaged by outlining clear political goals and creating a road map to reach them. She also has a special talent for rapidly preparing candidates and their families for life in the public eye.

Shielvonda has an undergraduate degree in Public Policy from Duke University and is a 2nd generation fellow of the NC Institute of Political Leadership. She has consulted on campaigns for nearly 15 years and recently co-authored an Amazon Best Seller where she contributed a chapter on Political Engagement.
