Registered Social Worker and Therapist in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
Welcome,
I offer an integrative approach to therapy, specializing in grief, loss of any kind, chronic illness, identity exploration, and life transitions. Clients often come to me while navigating the death of a loved one, changes in health, relationships, or sense of self, and other experiences that can leave us feeling untethered or overwhelmed. My approach supports deeper self-connection, helping you recognize your needs and respond to yourself with care and compassion.
I come to this work not only through clinical training, but through my own lived experiences with loss, chronic illness, and queer identity. This informs an affirming approach that honors diverse identities and experiences of those I work with. Together we will blend talk and somatic therapy to support self-awareness, regulation, and meaningful change.
I see the therapeutic space as an opportunity for genuine connection and relationship building and will show up in my humanness in our work together. I look forward to learning more about you and working alongside you.
