I have both a passion, and a natural ability to guide, influence and motivate people. I demonstrate a high level of commitment, and have an intense desire to optimize individual traits to help individuals become more successful. I have a knack for seeing potential in others that they don't yet even see in themselves - I help turn "potential" into "actual."

My job is to help people make better job and life changes than they might on their own, leading them to more success and overall happiness. It is challenging for us to grow as individuals without having some type of coach or mentor to help with:
