Zhang Shijie

Hi, everyone! I am Vicky, My Chinese name is 張詩婕 (Zhang Shijie). I come from Hunan province, whose capital city-Changsha gains great popularity in the world for its entertainment industry. I am an optimistic and straightforward girl and I can speak Chinese, English, and a little German.

Now, I study English of TESOL Stream in the City University of Hong Kong, and I have studied in Qingdao University for the past four years, majoring in English literature and finishing my BA degree. During my university time in Qingdao, I once worked as an interpreter in the 2016 World Leisure Games, and taught in a middle school for two months as my graduation internship. I love participating volunteer activities, which helps me making many good friends.

When I graduate from CityU, maybe I will be a teacher in high schools in Changsha as my parents expected. But now, I am not sure whether I will do other jobs. In my spare time, I usually travel with my friends or parents, or do some sports, such as yoga, badminton and running, which can make me wind down.
