Shiju Varghese

Shiju Varghese is a practitioner and teacher of a non-dual spiritual path whose evolutionary journey is rooted in the teachings of Satipaṭṭhāna Vipassanā, A Course In Miracles (ACIM), and Dzogchen. His spiritual path began in the early 2010s with the practice of Satipaṭṭhāna Vipassanā meditation, grounded in the teachings of Venerable Mahasi Sayadaw in the Theravada Buddhist tradition. In 2024, he began studying A Course In Miracles as a non-dual teaching. The study of ACIM motivated him to explore a non-dual meditative path, leading him to embody Dzogchen within the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism in 2026. He provides spiritual mentoring on Non-Duality, A Course In Miracles, and Satipaṭṭhāna Vipassanā meditation.
Shiju also provides psychotherapy by synthesizing trauma healing therapies—such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and the science of the autonomic nervous system (ANS)—with the spiritual wisdom of non-dual esoteric teachings.
