While trying to make a start to write this blog I tossed more than twice- if I were a traveler or if I were a foodie. All that I was able to settle on was a "Food Traveler". Let me admit to my audience (hopefully I capture soon) that I am not a blogger, I m not an eager traveler...not yet; but the expedition seems to have begun. And, the impulse that drives me to it is my timeless love for food. I guess a "Good dine and Wine" might work in seducing me more than the Mercedes you flaunting or the perfume you wearing. And, so when I decide to write something on the "cuisine and curry", no state allures me more than my own Rajasthan. Hailing from one of the legendary cities of Rajasthan, Jodhpur, I have been brought up in a culture that boasts of veteran cookery skills and grandeur and richness of taste. So, the romance I share with food is somehow intrinsic to my native place and of course my mother's ardent devotion for cooking. I seem to have inherited that love naturally. And, as for the perfection of art, that would surely be there in some time. To squiggle a bit about myself, I have been in Delhi for the past two years working in the Insurance Industry. All that defines me is just one thought - Everything is worth an experience..!!
