A passionate Tech Buff who loves stretching beyond the limits of normalcy to transform imaginations to reality. Chiefly passionate about Computer Vision and loves working on innovations that scale beyond the realms of existent. Currently working on a Humanoid Copycat Robot - Prithvi, that's capable of copying most of the major limb motions of a human subject, my major role being designing the actual software end of the copycat algorithm, that transfigures a camera frame to the angles of motion of the various limbs and further decompose those angles, into the input angles for the motors that the robotic joints were actually comprised of.

Post the designing of the copycat mechanism, I've started development on the robotic arm for the robot, working on a similar mechanism as the rest of the joints, but using Leap Motion instead of Microsoft KinectV2 for the input, so as to extend the capabilities of the robot for work in a practical world.

Apart from the robotic projects, I also innovated and developed a prototype for a light control system, which at a basic level was an appliance automation system for public rooms (as libraries and reading rooms, classrooms, etc. ), extended to computer vision which was much more economical as well as accurate when compared to onboard sensors. The system was mainly aimed at conserving a vital resource - Electricity, which is wasted in uncountable units, throughout the world and is pivotal as well as a critical resource for the development of a nation like India. The device analyzed a camera feed, counting the number of people in the room, and hence, using an intelligent algorithm to switch on a particular number of lights in the room, dependent on the number of people present.

As an add-on to my technical knowhow, I also possess an innate creativity with my wordplay and an unending enthusiasm for the worlds beyond our own – Astronomy. With a gargantuan appetite when hungry, I am a foodie beyond the realms of cuisines, always ready to pursue a new endeavor with my meals. Enchanted by adventure and bewitched by landscapes, I love to lie in the lap of nature whenever I get an opportunity and travel to arrays unforeseen. The scent of a new book is what makes me high and its words my time-machine to travel the times unseen and worlds unknown.

As a fresher, with zeal to work for long hours on my passions and interests, I am ready to give my all to coalesce the space between the real and the virtual worlds.
