Hey there! I'm Shiku.

I am a writer, artist, and architectural designer currently living in Nairobi, Kenya. I graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Architecture.

My interests lie at the nexus of Urbanism, Design, Technology and Development. With an intrinsic curiosity about sustainability and innovation, I pursue opportunities that engage with the question, 'What does the future look like?'

In 2019, I launched PolyArch, a digital publication that focuses on innovations, news and scientific discoveries that relate to the Urban Future.

I aspire to create meaningful impact and facilitate robust conversations that will help solve existing and future problems in planning, sustainability, and development. I am also a polymath with a penchant for all things creative.
